Refund Policy

You can cancel your plan from Settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for.

If you're charged for a plan, including a renewal you forgot to cancel, and you haven't used any of that month's credits, email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. Once a month's credits have been used, that month isn't refundable.

Bought credits don't expire. A pack you haven't used any of can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack isn't refundable.

You're never charged for something that didn't work. If a video check, script, search or other action fails, or a search finds nothing, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

Duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled, are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.

Email support@reelisviral.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments and usually reach you in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
