Terms of Service

You need to be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in email and API keys secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@reelisviral.com if you think it has been misused.

Don't use ReelIsViral to:

• break the law, Instagram's terms or anyone else's rights, including copyright;
• publish someone else's work as your own, or impersonate people or brands;
• create spam, harassment, hateful or deceptive content;
• overload, probe or work around the service's limits, or resell access without our permission.

We may suspend accounts that do.

You keep the rights to what you upload and create. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. Scripts, captions, covers and other output are generated by AI: they can be inaccurate or resemble existing work, so review them before you post.

Research shows public reels for analysis. Use them for inspiration, and don't copy creators' work.

ReelIsViral is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Connected accounts use Instagram's official API with read-only access, and your use of Instagram stays subject to Meta's terms. Features that depend on Instagram may change if Meta changes its API.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel from Settings at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Every plan includes credits each month, and you can buy more in packs; actions cost the credits shown on the pricing page. A month's plan credits don't roll over; bought credits don't expire. Credits from a failed or empty result go back to your balance automatically. Free-plan and monthly allowances may change; we'll give notice before changing what a paid plan includes. You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why where we can.

ReelIsViral is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but don't promise any reel will perform, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
